Corporate Governance (will also be referred to as CG) is a system that is designed to direct the management of a company in a professional manner based on the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness and equality.

The purpose of implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at PT Mega Energi Hidro Indonesia is to optimize the value of the company so that the company has strong competitiveness, both nationally and internationally, so that it is able to maintain its existence and live sustainably to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

And for the company's role for the state, PT Mega Energi Hidro Indonesia needs to increase the company's contribution to the national economy and improve a healthy climate for the development of national investment.

The scopes of guidelines application are:

  • Shareholders of PT. Mega Energi Hydro Indonesia or GMS.
  • Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT. Mega Hydro Energy Indonesia.
  • PT. Mega Energi Hidro Indonesia as a shareholder in a subsidiary or a person appointed to carry out its development, supervision and management activities
  • The whole lineup of management and employees.

Whistleblowing System (WBS)

Observe, gather, and report

Whistleblowing System (WBS) is a mechanism that allows the Company's Board of Directors and/or any person to report suspected fraud/deviation and violations of the company's code of conduct. The WBS can be accessed by all stakeholders including the public through various complaint channels. The scope of this guideline applies to employees of PT Mega Energi Hidro Indonesia and its subsidiaries in carrying out their daily duties and work in accordance with the principles of Good Corporate Governance.
